I have been in the gardening business for more than 30 years, I do hope to be able to connect with someone who is equally as passionate as me towards plants.

I have been teaching for more than ten years, and part of my work included managing education centres. I decided to quit the job and started my own business, hoping to leverage my knowledge of teaching and school management.

Dumpling Yuan was founded in 2002 by a couple from Shandong Province, and was formerly known as “Northern Dumpling Yuan”. It started at Wan Chai, and served signature northern dumplings as well as a small selection of snacks.
