Art Succession – A Sharing by the Founder of Garden Company

I have been in the gardening business for more than 30 years, and it was passed down from my father. Gardening as a full-time occupation is rewarding, and at the same time, physically demanding. As I’m getting older, the work is becoming more and more demanding. I realize it’s time to step down if I can find someone suitable to carry on.

My next generation is not interested in taking over the business, so I have to search externally. I’m reluctant to pass it on to newbies who just want to give it a try, and I do hope to be able to connect with someone who is equally as passionate as me towards plants.

Luckily, I found AGPS at the end. Hear how they helped extend my dreams…
